CANCELLATION POLICY:

• We require 24 Hours Notice for Cancellation of Service. You can cancel by texting or calling 502-873-7402. When Online booking returns, you may cancel via those services online.
• Those cancelling in less than 12 hours will be charged 50% of the service. If using a Gift Card: 50% will be deducted from it's service value.
• Those who do not show or cancel within 2 hours or less from their appointment, will be charged FULL PRICE of the Service. All bills will be sent via invoice to be paid online immediately. If using a Gift Card 100% of the Value of service will be deducted.
