         Welcome to the healing experience 

    of massage. 

    Here are some common FAQs 

    • Arrive at your first appointment 5 minutes early to fill out an intake form. You only do this on your first visit.
    • Shower/bathe prior to your appointment. You want to arrive clean.
    • After going over your massage needs (relaxation, therapeutic relief, etc.) the therapist will leave you in privacy to undress.
    • Undressing down to your underwear/boxers is most common. Some people prefer to be totally nude. It is up to your comfort level. You will be properly draped with linens the entire massage. 
    • Communicate with your therapist if the pressure is too intense.
    • Remain loose and limber during your massage. Tensing muscles while receiving massage, releases lactic acid. This will make you sore.
    • The therapist may move limbs to get to a better angle of the muscle or for stretching.
    • If you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment, until you are well.
