CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We require 24 Hours Notice for Cancellation of Service. You can cancel by texting or calling 502-873-7402. When Online booking returns, you may cancel via those services online.
  • Those cancelling in less than 12 hours will be charged 50% of the service. If using a Gift Card: 50% will be deducted from service value.
  • Those who do not show or cancel within 2 hours or less from their appointment, will be charged FULL PRICE of the Service. All bills will be sent via invoice to be paid online immediately. If using a Gift Card: 100% will be deducted from service value.

Hello! Its been awhile, but we're happy to announce, we will be reopening our Massage Studio in mid June. The first week or two will be a trial opening to be sure that enough people feel comfortable booking in order to remain open. During this period appointments need to be made through your therapist, directly. Feel free to call or text (502) 873-7402. After that we will be reopening our Online Booking. 


New Covid-19 Safety and Procedural Guidelines:

These are the guidelines we must follow as set by the CDC, The State of KY and the Massage Therapy Board of KY. They are requirements for the “new normal” and there will be no exceptions.

On the day of your appointment:

Are you symptom free? If the answer to any of the following is “yes”, you need to stay home, reschedule your appointment and potentially contact a physician.

  1- Do you have a cough, fever of 100° or higher, shortness of breath, chills, unusual muscle pain, sore throat?

  2 - Have you left the country or traveled to any “hotspots” or large gathering within the last two weeks?


  3 - Have you been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or symptoms?

Arriving to your Appointment:

  1- Masks are required to be worn at all times, by client and therapist. If you do not have a mask, one can be provided at a  $2 Extra Charge. You must put on your mask upon arrival at the door.
 

     * We will hang a pillow case on the face cradle that you will breathe into when you're lying face down. At that time, you don’t have to wear a mask. If you want a face or scalp massage, your therapist will wear gloves (latex-free) during that portion of your session.

2 - You will be asked to sanitize your hand and forearms upon arrival, by washing in the sink or with provided hand  sanitizer. 

3 - There will be a required contactless temperature check prior to your session. If your temperature is 100° or above, your appointment will be rescheduled. 

4 - We will greet you verbally. No hugs or handshakes, at this time. Also we will try to social distance as much as possible during the check-in and check-out processes.


Payments:

1 - We will not be making cash change at this time. So please arrive with the correct amount of cash you need. 

2 - Cash or checks will be placed on the counter and not directly handed to the therapist.

3 - A sterile stylus will be provided to each client paying by debit/credit card. If you prefer Contactless Debit/Credit Card, we can invoice you to pay prior to your appointment online.

On Our End:


CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!

1 - We are reducing our appointments by half or more and will be vigorously cleaning between each client. So please adhere to the cancellation/payment policies, as we are reducing our income due to this process. Cancellation policy is listed below.

2 - Things will be taken out of the office or covered for easier deep cleaning between each client. No water, mints, candies, or magazines will be offered, until further notice.

3 - We will personally get tested weekly for Covid-19. We will not be attending large gatherings, until further clearance that it is safe to do so.
